St Catherine’s local history exhibition 17-19 May

St Catherine’s is a fascinating part of Guildford with a rich history. Every six years the village association organises a local history and community exhibition. This time it will be held in St Catherine’s Village Hall, Chestnut Avenue GU2 4HF. Open 4pm -8pm on Thursday 17th May, 10.00am to 8.00pm on Friday 18th May and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday 19th May. Talks on St Catherine’s Hill Fair (Matthew Alexander) at 2.30pm on Friday; Local Guildford Design Awards (Derek Carley) at 6.45pm on Friday and Guildford Saxon Cemetery (David Bird) at 10.30am on Saturday. Entrance and talks free, souvenir guide £2, refreshments available. Lottery Funded by Awards for All.
