Bring friends, family and a picnic and sit back and enjoy the summer season of outdoor theatre in the glorious setting of Hatchlands Park, near Guildford. On 26th July, delight in an evening of open-air decadence and hilarity as Immersion Theatre bring Oscar Wilde’s wittiest comedy, The Importance of Being Earnest, to the lawns of this Georgian country house.

On 5th August Join the all-male cast of The Lord Chamberlain’s Men for Shakespeare’s comic tale of betrayal, revenge and magic or enjoy classic Austen wit and romance with Chapterhouse’s performance of Pride and Prejudice on 12th August. Little ones will delight in the magical tale of the Peter Pan on 8th/9th August or enjoy music and puppetry with Folksy Theatre’s adaption of The Princess and the Giant on 23rd August. www.nationaltrust.org.uk/hatchlands-park
