Date: Friday 3 August 2-4pm
Location: WWF’s Living Planet Centre
Our urban gardens provide essential habitats for an array of wildlife, from worms, insects and spiders to the bees and butterflies that pollinate our flowers. They are havens that help us to feel better too, as we sit and relax, and notice the scents, textures and changing seasons.
Join us for an afternoon of discovery with our guest gardening experts from RHS Garden Wisley.
- Discover a magical world of insects hiding amongst the stems and leaves of our plants
- Learn about trees, shrubs and flowering plants that will help you bring wildlife into your garden
- Be transported by the perfumed flowers and herbs in our Apothecary Garden, and learn how to grow them in a bed or container
This event is supported by the RHS and WWF, working in partnership to help you transform your own garden or a local green space for the benefit of people, wildlife and the environment.
