Gin cocktails

We have three cocktail ideas from our friends at Silent Pool Distillery.

BEE’S KNEES

Bees harvest nectar from nearby flowers, so honey is a direct reflection of the area in which it is made. That’s why local honey is not only a key ingredient in Silent Pool gin but also in one of their favourite cocktails:

50ML SILENT POOL GIN
20ML HONEY
20ML FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE

In a shaker, stir together the gin and honey until the honey has dissolved. Add the lemon Juice and fill shaker with ice.

Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

MISTY POOL G&T

The most popular way to enjoy our gin is still in a classic G&T. Not satisfied with a simple twist or slice, we created a set of flavourful liquid garnishes from key botanicals. These concentrated essences enhance the flavour of your drink by accentuating the fresh notes inherent in our gin. Replacing your usual twist of citrus with Silent Pool Mist Liquid Garnish will raise your cocktail-making to a whole new level.

50ML SILENT POOL GIN
125ML PREMIUM TONIC WATER
4 SPRAYS SILENT POOL MIST LIQUID GARNISH (KAFFIR/BERGAMOT)

Fill a large glass with ice and spray with Silent Pool Mist Liquid Garnish. Add gin and top with your favourite tonic – enjoy!

SILENT POOL MARTINI

The delicate intricacy of Silent Pool Gin is best enjoyed neat. However, the sweet and floral flavours in the gin come through beautifully in this classic cocktail:

60ML SILENT POOL GIN
20ML DRY VERMOUTH

In a mixing glass, add the gin and dry vermouth. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir through until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Finish off with an olive, a twist of lemon peel or a few sprays of Silent Pool Mist Liquid Garnish.
