Cooked Meals for Vulnerable Families

Stoke Community Support, Guildford and surrounding areas.

The Project Team of Stoke Community Support (SCS)  is providing cooked meals to vulnerable families/individuals across Guildford in response to Covid-19.

Led by St John’s Church Stoke and St Peter’s Church Stoke Hill, SCS is working in collaboration with St Saviour’s Church, charity FoodWise, several local schools and other agencies who are referring families/individuals to our service.

We are currently providing nutritious cooked (frozen) meals to 140 families/individuals two days per week, and have capacity to do more. We started in April and will be operating throughout the summer.

The meals are from reputable external suppliers (e.g. COOK) or produced by charity FoodWise.
