Farnham u3a day – Wednesday 2nd June

On Wednesday 2nd June as part of Volunteers Week Farnham, u3a will be out and about in Lion and Lamb Yard and other locations in Farnham town centre, with the focal point being Gostrey Meadow at 3 pm – come and talk to us, come and join us!

Since Covid, life has been challenging and sad. For retirees (or if you are nearly there) looking to refocus positively on personal well-being.

Learn – something old or something new
Whatever your age or stage, keeping active and stimulated helps you get the most from life. Farnham u3a has over 100 interest groups, covering a diverse
range of topics designed to challenge and entertain you. You can improve language skills; develop an interest in current affairs or art; participate in recreational exercise or simply join convivial company for a pub lunch or wine appreciation.

Laugh – It!s time for a change of mood
We don!t offer formal qualifications, just the opportunity to enjoy yourself, meet new people and together explore a fascinating range of subjects. You may do as much or as little as you wish. The mood is light-hearted and your contribution will always be welcome.

Live – Look after yourself
Farnham u3a groups meet mostly at The Maltings and during the day. Visit www.farnhamu3a.org.uk, email newmembers@farnhamu3a.org.uk or call us on 01252 322111 to see how you can pursue special interests and meet new people for just £35 a year.
