Walk2Run – running group

Running lessons in a safe, fun and friendly environment with qualified coaches. Walk2Run is on Fridays, 9:30am meeting outside St Marks Community Centre, GU7 2LD. Each session is approx. 1 hour and costs £3 (with 10% donation to Out of the Blue – supporting those affected by suicide). We walk2run to improve mental and physical health so if you want to see if running can help you manage your mental health – come along. We teach running techniques as well as helping you gain fitness and confidence.
